Sarah Light

Having grown up surrounded by horses Sarah was a member of the North Staffs Pony Club until she went to study Physiotherapy at University.
After graduating in 2002 from Coventry, Sarah worked in the NHS treating sports injuries, acute and chronic back pain and pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain.It was here she first developed her interest in women’s health physiotherapy which lead to her training to become a Pilates instructor and Yoga teacher. Sarah has a passion for exercise based physiotherapy, and utilises her many skills when treating clients ensuring best possible outcomes are achieved.
She joined the team at Lakeside in 2017 and continues to expand and develop her specialism in treating pelvic girdle pain, sacra-iliac pain, and sports injuries.
