It's business as usual!
As the impact of COVID-19 is being felt by us all I am writing to let you know what we, at Lakeside, are doing to ensure that we continue to provide the service and support that you need whilst prioritising the health of our patients, employees and their families.
As you would expect, we have been and will continue to carefully monitor the situation and have already taken a number of steps to mitigate the risk to protect Lakeside, its clients and our staff. We are following the advice of the Government, Public Health England and our governing body the CSP and putting the safety and wellbeing of our employees and you, our valued clients, first.
Our Clinic is open and we aim to keep it this way for as long as practically and safely possible.
We will continue to provide the services you require, and our team is committed to doing so. We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation.
While the environment around us is uncertain, the team here are working tirelessly to ensure the service we provide to you is uninterrupted and that we will continue to provide you with the support and service you need until we are advised otherwise.
We will keep our website updated as changes inevitably happen.
