FAQ's

On arrival at Lakeside you will be asked to complete a registration form before your physiotherapist takes you through to an individual treatment room for assessment. They will record any relevant information including medical history regarding your condition, examine the area to be treated and diagnose where possible the problem. They will then discuss their findings with you, provide you with a treatment plan before commencing treatment. If they feel Physiotherapy is not deemed to be appropriate they will advise you accordingly and recommend further management. With your consent we will advise your GP of your attendance as a matter of course.
